Welcome! I'm Jessica-attorney for entrepreneurs.
I am a life-long Rhode Islander, graduating from the University of Rhode Island and then magna cum laude from Rogers Williams University Law School.
Early in my career, I landed a job working as a state assistant attorney general in civil litigation and healthcare regulation. That job served me well for years, but eventually I found myself wanting more freedom and flexibility than the traditional legal model could offer. I was becoming disenchanted with the law, a career I had wanted for as long as I could remember. That's when I knew it was time for a change.
I grew up surrounded by entrepreneurs, and I saw the dedication and grit it takes to make it work. If I'm being honest, I wasn't sure that I was cut out for it myself. But, I took a leap of faith (and a lot of deep breaths), opened my (virtual) doors, and now I help entrepreneurs and creators like you create a solid legal foundation, protect your brand, and grow your business.
